School protocol:
Essentially, we will hold school in a hybrid mode: Some limited Vietnamese students can come to the ICISE center and join the school and do hardware training locally while International students will join remotely. So far, we have received 55 applications from Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Egypt (and will expect more from Japan). We are going to categorize students into three types:
- Type-I: Onsite students who will join from ICISE. We fully support the accommodation and meals for these students during school. The student will join lectures, hardware training at ICISE, online software training, and exercises. Only selected students can belong to this group since our financial support is limited.
- Type-II: Students will join all lectures, online software training and exercises
- Type-III: Students who join their favorite lectures only
