Plans for pilot period (summer 2017)

Goals:
  • The whole group will work in a specific subject related to Neutrino Physics
    • Topic needs to be determined soon. It can relate to T2K, T2K-II or others
    • Leader can supervise remotely 
    • Group members (except Dr. H. Van) can stay in short time (1-3 weeks) but keep in touch and be active in this subject
    • It will be ideal if we can have paper (or preprint)

Preparatory works:
  • [Required] H. Van will be employed by ICISE center early 2017 (On preparation)
  • [Optional] H. Van is invited to visit Japan 
  • [Required] H. Van will be on-site ICISE, Quy Nhon (beginning of June 2017?)
    • Setup working space/schedule, accommodation, etc…
    • Network for computing...
  • [Optional] Officialize the group (it can be after pilot period but might be better if it happens before)
    • Need to determine when Prof. Nakaya and/or member(s) of assistant group can be in Vietnam
    • Ideally, around the time of Summer School and “Neutrino Physics” conference in July 16-22
